Primal Instinct is the debut album by guitarist Edoardo Castellano, an instrumental hard-rock record of ten tracks characterised by heavy riffs and a blend of vintage and modern sounds. Castellano formed his trio in 2021 with Roberto Pace (bass) and Andrea Giovannoli (drums). His guitar style is inspired by Steve Morse, Joe Satriani and Richie Kotzen. He studied at Berklee College of Music in Boston (graduating in 2015) and at the Pescara Conservatory.
